Phoenix Global is proud to launch the Phoenix Training Center (PTC) in Mingo Junction, Ohio—a purpose-built facility where our crews get hands-on experience with the same heavy equipment they’ll operate in the field.
Designed to mirror real production sites, the PTC offers operator certification, safety training, and emergency response drills to make sure every team member is fully prepared to hit the ground running.

Front End Loaders
PTC is currently training front-end loaders to safely and effectively dig, move, and process hot slag and other biproducts of the steelmaking process. New operators gain the skils, experience, and repetitions needed to confidently operate in the workplace.
Pot Carriers
Effectively moving and processing hot slag and other biproducts is essential in the steelmaking process, and the job of expertly trained pot carrier drivers. PTC training provides the skills, experience, and repetitions to confidently operate in the steelyard.
Supervisor Training
Phoenix brings together the right people, the right process, and the right technology, resulting in a proprietary and proven methodology that sets us apart. That holds especially true in operational training where supervisors are boot-camped to know everything about the steel plants we service.
