Training Manager

This is a full-time on-site role as a Training Manager at Phoenix Global located in Mingo Junction, OH. The Training Manager will be responsible for developing, designing, and delivering training programs that align with the organization’s goals and objectives. They will work closely with the leadership team to identify and address knowledge and skill gaps and develop training strategies to improve employee performance across all departments. The Training Manager will also be responsible for evaluating and assessing the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvements.

Reports to: EVP, Operations


  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs
  • Strong project management skills
  • Should have knowledge of heavy equipment
  • 10 – 15 yrs. Fleet Operations/Management experience
  • Familiarity with Maintenance Planning, Scheduling, and Budgeting
  • 5 – 7 yrs. Experience leading training and education programs
  • Be familiar with business metrics
